Temp range: FKM can reach over 200℃ for long-term in hot air. Special FKM and Silicone can reach over 300℃, even 400℃


Once we talk about the high temperature o ring seals, what come out is FKM and Silicone O rings. For regular FKM and Silicone, their high temperature resistant is similar, over 200℃ in hot air. The biggest difference is media resistant performance and cost.


As high temperature O ring seals, some Silicone O ring can resistant to 350℃, there is some special Silicone can reach highest over 400℃.

 

When FKM O rings as high temperature O ring seals, it’s high temperature resistant performance is more stable than some Silicone. The special FKM can reach the highest 350℃.
