Performance and Feature
1. The machine tool is a CNC gear rolling machine with 2-axis coordinated CNC. Its control axis includes:
Z-axis rolling tool rotation, X-axis feed motion of rolling slide.
2. The machine is of vertical design, rolling slide carries out radial rolling feed motion. The tool spindle of the worktable carries out the roller ratation and driving the workpiece to rotate. The electrical cabinet is
at the left rear of the machine. The hydraulic oil tank is separated from the bed of the machine. Metered
lubrication system is at the right back of the machine. Colling system is inside the bed.
3. Coordinate axis of the machine and relevant motion.
4. X-axis: servo motor driving the ball screw to feed with speed reduced through worm gearing.
5. Z-axis: servo motor transfers power to the shaft by speed reducer.
6. Guide sleeve of column up or down motion: slide pair is of guide sleeve type, pushed by hydraulic and
the end face of the workpiece is clamped by lower slide swivel plate.
7. Internal auxiliary support is used for auxiliary supporting the roller shaft to ensure it bear tangential
larger push force.
8. Lower slide of guide sleeve can move with the workpiece tray in left or right and rotate driven by the
workpiece ratation. When the workpiece tray ratates, it can clamp the workpiece.
9. The worktable swivel plate can more with the workpiece tray in left or right and rotate driven by the
workpiece ratation. When the workpiece tray rotates, it can clamp the workpiece and rotating along with
the workpiece.
10. Feature of the machine: each motion of the machine can be suitable for rolling module, so mutual
friction is reduced to get a higher rolling accuracy compared with those old type of rolling machines.
